Job Description
- Support daily front line services and operations.
- Able to effectively control a station while simultaneously helping other.
- Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries.
- Others ad-hoc duties assign by superior.
- Diploma in Business Studies / Hospitality or related studies.
- Working experience in the F&B industry will be an added advantage.
- Take pride in customer service and able to perform in a team.
- Willingness to work in a fast pace environment, weekend and public holiday.
- Must be able to commit 6 working days per week.
- Customer service oriented and able to communicate with all level.
