/Responsibilities: Development of processes for food- production of new recipes and processes on a laboratory scale, kitchen scale up to large-scale industrial production. Optimisation and further development of existing manufacturing processes in production Review and planning of processes and their documentation Error identification and development of solutions for process and product-specific problems Interface function (QM, production, purchasing, technology)Requirement: Diploma in Food Science & Technology or equivalent At least 3 years of practical work experience in the field of food production Experience with plant-based proteins in the food industry Experience and handling of HACCP and GFSI standard guidelines and their compliance Know-how about the behaviour of food and its sensory properties depending on changing process influences (influence of heat, cold etc.) Hands-on mentality, independent, structured and analytical way of working Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholdersOther Details: Willing to work in Tuas
