Your Role

Reporting to the Asst/Operations Manager, you will embark on an exciting journey to be part of the Operations team. This role will provide learning opportunities for an individual in the management of a food atrium/food court, from the exterior fa\xc3\xa7ade to internal hygiene and inventory control.

What Will You Do

• Take charge of daily operational matters of the atrium and ensure smooth operations flow
• To drive and execute projects related to the foodcourt
• Overall management of the outlet\'s costs, profits & losses
• Develop sales targets with strategies, monitor sales performance of stalls & mini restaurants, and cost control
• Sourcing of new tenants & handle new stall set-up process
• Uphold and enforce Company\'s Rules & Regulations, as well as ensure compliance with government regulations
• Supervise the operational effectiveness & service standards of Tenants and Cleaners
• Prompt follow-up and working alongside Tenants and Cleaners on various requests/promotion campaigns
• Conduct routine outlet Hygiene Checks and Inventory Checks
• Maintain good standards of the outlet\'s overall aesthetics (Food/Stall Display) and grooming standards of staff
• Point-of-contact for external contractors or suppliers
• Conduct weekly roll calls
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on outlet operations
• Any other duties as assigned by your Superior

Extensive classroom training & on-the-job training will be provided to ensure new joiners\' learning and exposure to the company.

What Do We Want

• Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years experience in Foodcourt operation
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays

Remuneration

You will get a basic salary of up to $4000 or more depending on your relevant working experiences and what you can bring on board.
