Doka Singapore is currently looking for an experienced Formwork Instructor who understands formwork, scaffolding assembly, and is able to provide professional guidance on how to use formwork ef\xc2\xadfec\xc2\xadtive\xc2\xadly and safe\xc2\xadly. To pro\xc2\xadvide on-site support dur\xc2\xading pro\xc2\xadjects that en\xc2\xadsures the best pos\xc2\xadsi\xc2\xadble use of re\xc2\xadsources, and that con\xc2\xadstruc\xc2\xadtion moves ahead ef\xc2\xadfi\xc2\xadcient\xc2\xadly.

You will be responsible for:

Formwork on-site supervision and instruction

• Verify drawing/technical specification for adequacy.
• Provide training and on-site supervision (professional briefing and training) to contractors during the initial assembling of system formwork.
• Monitor the correct use of equipment at jobsite while ensuring that the customer/ client carry and practice the correct applications and assembly of system formwork.
• Troubleshoot technical problems at jobsite and execute formwork solutions.
• Visit job site(s) and attend site meeting with customer/ clients to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
• Act as a liaison between job site and Project Manager/ Coordinator to monitor correct use of equipment at jobsite.
• Ensure that the customer/ client carry and practice the correct applications and assembly of system formwork.
• Responsible to prepare and submit site reports.

• Monitor the progress of projects are delivered on time with accuracy of materials. Flag any delay to clients and Doka.
• Ability to identify potential risk (low/medium/high) risk of the project and proactively discuss with Client on solutions.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports to flag all risks with client\'s acknowledgement.
• Provide customer feedback to Doka so that the company can continually improve.

• Support the warehouse inventory checks, refurbishment, and quality checks
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior.

• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 on site experience in system formwork/scaffolding
• Proven work experience as a Formwork Instructor
• Previous experience in Formwork systems would be beneficial.
• Basic IT skills (Word, Excel)

• Good interpersonal/communication skills, collaborative and self-directed
• Ability to work independently and also as a team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
• Able to handle adverse situations and difficult customers
• Resilient, attention to details, strong problem solving & analytical skills and strong drive to succeed.
