This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist in EMEA.
In this role, you will act as a key technical bridge between enterprise clients and AI infrastructure, deploying advanced AI solutions in private, hybrid, and cloud environments. You will take ownership of end-to-end deployment, including planning, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring secure and scalable integrations. Collaborating closely with client IT teams, you will assess infrastructure requirements, implement best practices for security and data management, and deliver high-quality solutions that drive adoption. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence how organizations leverage AI while working with cutting-edge technologies and high-profile enterprise clients. Accountabilities

• Lead the deployment of AI infrastructure in private cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Assess client IT infrastructure, security requirements, and data management practices to ensure optimal deployment strategies.
• Design, configure, and implement deployment solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related technical issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining operational continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including client IT, product, and engineering to drive seamless integrations.
• Experiment and iterate rapidly to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
• Document deployment processes and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience deploying enterprise software in private, hybrid, or cloud environments.
• Hands-on expertise administering production Kubernetes clusters and working with Helm.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, networking, and virtualization (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools such as Git.
• Ability to work directly with clients, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in enterprise AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks relevant to enterprise deployments.
• Previous experience with multi-region or international client deployments.
