Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily freight forwarding operations, including
air, sea, land transportation and warehousing
Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, and other suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments. Handle end-to-endimport/export documentation
, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance. Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Work closely with customers to meet their requirements and expectations Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues while ensuring high service levels. * Maintain accurate records, generate reports and final invoice.
