Are you a first-time Founder ready to connect your innovation to industry?We are on the lookout for technical leaders and industry experts with strong IP who are excited to create real change in their industry.Rainmaking APAC Venture Studio is the place to be if forming ideas, testing business concepts, validating customer demand, and preparing to spinout new startups is something youre excited by. Being an early stage B2B (or B2B2C) startup is not easy, from access to funding, to regulatory barriers and go-to-market. Were here to help solve these challenges with you.Our 100-Day FIR program is a unique opportunity to build, test and refine your venture, maximising the likelihood of your success. Following validation, you will step into the CEO role of your company.This program is the one for you if: * You have a high-impact idea and IP that youre convinced by, but dont know how to take it forward into a material business

• Youre an expert in an industry space or synergistic domain, and have spotted a material problem, but youre not sure what the idea should be to solve it yet

What we offer:

• De-risking of your venture: work with the Rainmaking APAC team to validate your IP and its potential in-market
• Dedicated 1:1 support: youll be paired with a Rainmaking APAC Co-Founder for the period of the program. We are your partner to bring value chain insights to accelerate the successful launch of your business
• Commercial traction: well support you in establishing market traction and rapid experimentation to find your first customer and ensure commercial potential
• Ecosystem exposure: well support you in developing connections with talent and investors to take you through your seed round and establish solid foundations for your business

What we dont offer:

• Payment: this is a volunteer program for committed entrepreneurs
• Guaranteed seed funding: this will come from an external, in the wild route such as angel investors

RequirementsTo make the most of our program you must:

• Bring deep domain expertise with some form of IP and/or tech readiness that you are hungry to test the traction of in-market
• Have deeply thought about entrepreneurship as your next step, and be convinced that being a Founder / CEO is the right path for you. You have your eyes wide open to the rollercoaster youre about to embark on
• Approach your upcoming journey as an entrepreneur with a growth mindset, excited about being coached in the commercial world
• Be financially secure - you have the financial stability to commit fully to your venture without immediate financial pressures during the FIR program
• Have the required combination of strong vision and dedication to execution to successfully get your venture off the ground
• Be available, refreshed and ready to start in September
