Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Founding Engineer - Crypto - this is a fully remote role and candidates can be based anywhere.

Lead technical development of our ZK privacy layer. Own architecture, product, and early team. Meaningful equity, immediate impact.
What You'll Deliver
Core smart contracts : Ship and audit HyperEVM contracts
Low-latency relayer & SDK : minimal path-to-match and gas-optimized verification
Seamless UX hooks : Chrome extension & APIs that feel native to traders
Early engineering & product culture: architecture, code quality, hiring
You Are
Crypto-native builder with production Solidity/EVM experience
Familiar with DeFi primitives, gas optimization, and ZK concepts
Mission-driven with founder mentality: ships fast, owns outcomes
Nice-to-Haves
Trading systems or low-latency infrastructure experience
ZK-proof or cryptography background; Prior privacy protocol work
Working Model
Compensation & Package
Base salary: 60-120K USD per year
4% equity
