You'll translate customer insights into clear, actionable product specifications; run sprints as a scrum master; and collaborate deeply with engineering, design, and AI research teams to shape a world-class enterprise experience.
Product Strategy & Ownership
Define and own the product roadmap in alignment with company vision and customer needs.
Gather and synthesize feedback from enterprise clients, internal teams, and behavioral science experts into prioritized product requirements.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle -- from concept to delivery and continuous improvement.
Partner with leadership to balance innovation with operational and enterprise-scale needs.
Requirements & Documentation
Translate user feedback, market research, and stakeholder discussions into detailed
product specifications, PRDs, and feature briefs

Create and maintain
user stories, acceptance criteria, and Jira tickets
to ensure clarity and traceability.
Collaborate with design and engineering to ensure fidelity between specifications and implementation.
Use tools like
Aha!, Jira, and Confluence
to drive documentation, alignment, and transparency.
Agile Execution & Delivery
Serve as
Scrum Master
, running sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
Maintain sprint velocity and ensure delivery of committed goals.
Continuously improve agile processes, ensuring high collaboration and minimal blockers.
Align cross-functional priorities across engineering, design, QA, and leadership.
User Experience & Design Partnership
Partner closely with the
UI/UX team
to ensure all product designs align with business goals and user expectations.
Review Figma/ FigJam designs and provide actionable feedback grounded in user needs and business outcomes.
Advocate for usability, accessibility, and design coherence across the platform.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary bridge between customers, business leaders, and technical teams.
Communicate product progress, trade-offs, and upcoming milestones with clarity and confidence.
Represent the product vision in client demos, roadmap discussions, and strategic reviews.
Desired Profile
6+ years of Proven experience
as a
founding or early-stage Product Owner
in a B2B SaaS startup (preferably in EdTech, HRTech, or Enterprise Learning).
Deep expertise
in converting customer requirements into structured product documentation and detailed specifications.
Hands-on experience writing
user stories, managing backlogs, and running sprints
using agile frameworks.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to
critically review and improve Figma/ FigJam designs
.
Proficiency with
Aha!, Jira, Confluence, Figma, and FigJam
.
Excellent communication, analytical, and facilitation skills with a track record of aligning diverse stakeholders.
