Job Description
Job Scope:
- Provide dedicated Finance operation support for Pacific Asia business.
- To assist in Area consolidation of Sales Forecast submission from countries, check submission, prepare presentation slides and analytics and month end close supporting activities.
- Assist Area Demand Manager supporting all Affiliate Demand activities/ reporting, Area S&OP/ Executive S&OP package
- Special projects (Long Term Plan; New System testing and roll-out) as directed by the Finance Director and Area finance team
- Diploma or Accountancy degree qualification
- Analytical skills, attention to details
- Computer knowledge on Microsoft application e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Knowledge of Power BI is good to have
- Good communications skills
- Commitment to meet timeline with accuracy
- Minimum 3 years\' experience in relevant role.
- Salary - Up to S$5K + 1 month completion bonus
- Contract duration: 12-month contract, renewable/convertible to perm
- Commencement Date: Immediate
- Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Location: Duo Tower, Bugis MRT
