About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly expanding company specializing in technology life-cycle management services and recycling. As the foremost provider of sustainable asset lifecycle solutions worldwide, our client oversees the management of countless devices across the world and serves a diverse clientele, encompassing major players in IT, prominent multinational companies, as well as government entities and various other organisations.

• Ensure accuracy in financial statements, compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP), and alignment of variances with group accounting policies.
• Offer business and financial input to group functions to strengthen P&L and cash flow forecast.
• Assist Country Finance Team with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure accuracy of data used for planning by seeking clarification and providing timely feedback on country\'s strategy and assumptions.
• Hold financial review meeting with selected countries to gain insight into how their actual financial performance compares to the budget.
• Offer country management team key insights regarding areas where improvements can be made.
• Identify opportunities and risks to be reflected in the forecast.
• Implement global tools and initiatives by working closely with country teams.
• Maintain strong communication and positively influence stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics team to consistently improve data visualisations and presentations.
• Other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 5 years of FP&A experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in using financial analysis tools and softwares (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SAP/EPICOR)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and process standardisation
