Key Responsibilities

Lead the FP&A function focused on

sales and revenue performance

across regional business units. Partner closely with commercial and supply chain teams to

analyze product profitability

, pricing, and margin trends. Develop

forecasting models

and

business performance dashboards

to support strategic decision-making. Prepare monthly management reports, sales variance analyses, and commentary for senior leadership. Support the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term planning cycles. Drive process improvements in financial planning systems and ensure compliance with global reporting standards.

Experience

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA/CA/CFA preferred. 7-10 years of FP&A experience, ideally from

manufacturing, chemicals, or industrial sectors

. Proven track record in

sales and revenue analysis

, financial modelling, and business partnering. Strong proficiency in

Excel and SAP (or equivalent ERP)

; experience with BI tools is an advantage. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across regional and global teams.
