Job Description

They are looking for an FP&A Manager with dual responsibility for managing Financial Planning & Analysis, as well as Compensation Reporting for the Portfolio Managers.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the preparation of monthly financial dashboards for senior management reflecting actual results, and comparisons to forecasts / budgets
• Analyze current and past trends in the areas of revenue, expenses and other key performance indicators to improve design and accuracy of financial forecasts
• Play a leadership role in the firm\xe2\x80\x99s regional annual budget and forecasting processes by working with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s leadership to incorporate initiatives
• Develop financial analysis, which is value-added to decision making and assessing business performance
• Responsible for reviewing Portoflio Manager contracts and working on all aspects of Portfolio Manager Lifecycle from structuring of agreements, to onboarding, to portfolio manager compensation calculations. Consider GAAP implications of compensation structures
• Interaction with various other departments including Portfolio Managers, Business Heads, HR, legal, middle office, IT
• Oversee month-end closing, reporting, and compensation-related processes

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
• CA/ CPA qualifications
• 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Financial Services in an FP&A role
