Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review financial data and prepare monthly Management Information (MI) reports, performance analysis and commentaries, forecasting and annual planning, with accurate and timely delivery to support key business decision-making forums.
- Provide high-quality insight and analysis.
- Partnering with the business teams to challenge and enhance commercial insight by blending business knowledge with interpretation of financial performance.
- Work closely with the local Financial Control & Reporting, actuarial and business teams.
- Drive Management Information (MI) process enhancement including strengthening and cost control process.
- Enhance the cost management framework like network expense study, IFRS17 cost deferral and pushdown, cost allocation etc.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Accounting or in any related majors.
- At least 4-5 years of experience working in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role in Life Insurance industry.
- Must have IFRS17 accounting knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) including ability to deliver impactful reports and presentations.
