Review financial data and prepare monthly Management Information (MI) reports, performance analysis and commentaries, forecasting and annual planning, with accurate and timely delivery to support key business decision-making forums.
Provide high-quality insight and analysis.
Partnering with the business teams to challenge and enhance commercial insight by blending business knowledge with interpretation of financial performance.
Work closely with the local Financial Control & Reporting, actuarial and business teams.
Drive Management Information (MI) process enhancement including strengthening and cost control process.
Enhance the cost management framework like network expense study, IFRS17 cost deferral and pushdown, cost allocation etc.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Accounting or in any related majors.
At least 4-5 years of experience working in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role in Life Insurance industry.
Must have IFRS17 accounting knowledge.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) including ability to deliver impactful reports and presentations.
