About this opportunity

You will be responsible for the financial management of the iTero business in the APAC region. This include monitoring the financial performance, providing insights and performing feasibility evaluations on business opportunities. You will partner and collaborate closely with the iTero Commercial team and Global iTero finance team.

This individual-contributor position will report to the Senior Finance Manager, iTero APAC and North Asia and will be based in Singapore.

In this role, you will\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly Latest Estimate (LE) activities
  • Ensure timelines and processes for key deliverables are clearly communicated and deadlines effectively met
  • Build a strong partnership with APAC iTero commercial team to drive timely and insightful financial analysis to enable effective decision making
  • Perform financial simulations for promotion, investment cases and projects
  • Develop financial dashboards and key metrics, to be standardized across all markets
  • Work closely and align with the market finance leads for iTero related activities and impact in their markets
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information/monthly reporting package to management on financial performance compared to AOP and LE
  • Perform month end activities i.e. accruals, P&L development, operating expense and average selling price (ASP) variance analysis
  • Review and evaluate feasibility of promotional programs and monitor effectiveness of these programs
  • Improve forecast accuracy for Revenue, ASP and OPEX
  • Drive improvement initiatives to optimise our planning processes and tools
  • Work closely with the clear aligner FP&A team members for consolidation of total APAC financial results
  • Work closely with the revenue team to understand promotional programs, revenue recognition guidelines and assess impact to our LE
  • Perform P&L upload in planning system
  • Identify and implement process enhancements for FP&A activities such as improving efficiencies of forecasting processes and tools
  • Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required.
  • Other ad-hoc projects and analysis as assigned
In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need \xe2\x80\xa6
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, or professional accounting certification such as Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant
  • At least 7+ years relevant experience in a similar position
  • Agile, results oriented, customer focused
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and deal with complexity and ambiguity
  • Proficient in MS excel and power point. Familiar with SAP system, SAP BI
  • Hands on with great eye for detail
  • Pro-active, resilient with willing-to-learn spirit
  • Possess work experiences in multinational company environment, with ability to operate in a matrix environment and across diverse cultures
  • Self-motivated with an inquisitive mind who seeks to continuously improve existing processes
  • Deadline oriented
  • Acts with integrity and fairness with high standards of accountability
