- Min 5 years of experience in FP&A role
- Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, 3 Year Plan and forecast process, working closely with various departments to steer the business towards its financials goals.
- Lead the monthly forecasting process to provide accurate and timely financial projections, including variance analysis.
- Engage with the function leads, providing analytical support and data-driven insights to support decision making.
- Support quarterly close reporting for management result.
- Prepare management P&L report to function leads and management team.
- Support and prepare presentation deck for stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency and accuracy in reporting.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company\'s financial performance.
- Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
