Job description Formative Search is collaborating with an infrastructure development company specializing in digital infrastructure to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager in Singapore.Responsibilities:

• Develop financial strategies, forecasts, and scenario plans to identify key risks and support decision-making.
• Play a vital role in optimizing portfolio value by monitoring and rebalancing portfolio performance.
• Compile findings into detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Prepare monthly consolidated management reports and performance review slides for the APAC region, comparing actual performance with budget and forecasts.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems, implementing best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support special projects, new initiatives, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with and report directly to the senior leadership team.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in audit, FP&A, and management or financial reporting.
• Prior experience in infrastructure or digital infrastructure is required.
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with budget/forecast modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative analysis abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa, or another Asian language for clients in Taiwan and Indonesia.
• Legal authorization to work in Singapore (no EP or visa sponsorship available).
