Keen to hire a driven and strategic FP&A professional with relevant industry exposure from FMCG/ Retail sectors to oversee a regional business partnering portfolio.The successful candidate will have strong business partnering experience from relevant industries (FMCG/ Retail), and it is a plus to have exposure to Travel Retail.Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of FP&A experience
• MUST: Business partnering / commercial finance experience
• MUST: Relevant industry exposure from Retail/ FMCG business; and Travel Retail exposure can be a strong plus
• Demonstrates stable career history - we are not inclined to consider candidates with multiple short tenures
• Traits: Strategic mindset and the ability to partner senior stakeholders, strong communication and presentation skills, positive attitude, strong team player

Job ScopeAs an individual contributor, you will be managing a regional portfolio for one of the business segments and be responsible for P&L management, profitability management, budgeting, forecasting, planning, strategic analysis, and partnering the business very closely to achieve strategic objectives. You will perform review of monthly retail and sales, quarterly retail review, work with brand managers to project forward revenue, review marketing spends, and effectively articulate projections and any P&L variances.
