We're on a search for a Financial Analyst with the following attributes:

• Critical Thinking- You are able to skilfully conceptualise, apply, analyse and evaluate information gathered from observation, experience or communication and use it as a guide to action.
• Change Management- You are able to effectively identify internal and external processes of the company that require change and the methods and manners in which the change should be implemented.
• Creativity/Innovation- You can be trusted to come up with new, unique and wild ideas and are often seen as original and value-adding in brainstorming settings.
• Technical Know-how- You have a knack for technical things; you learn fast and know about the latest companies, products and solutions within the domain.

• Prepare, analyse budgets, actuals, forecast, and assist in management reporting and financial modelling
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to analyse business performance and strategy, and develop commercial plans
• Develop initiatives and policies to improve financial growth, and explore investment opportunities in the longer term
• Drive process improvements and systems implementation projects
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects

You'll be a great match if you have the following attributes:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, CPA, ACCA or ACA)
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong excel skills, ideally with modelling experience
• Ability to work with and present to senior stakeholders and cross divisional / department leads
• Attention to detail and esteemed team player with proactive, inquisitive approach
• Experience with financial planning and analysis
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Abreast of industry updates
