DESIGNATION : FP&A Manager (Supply Chain)

RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent is directly responsible for the Supply Chain Business Unit (SCBU) Internal customer portfolio. He/she will partner closely with the cross functional team within SCBU to drive cost leadership and process improvement.

• Monthly Closing –In charge of the monthly review of all internal business Cost centers during the closing process with the support of the FPG Shared service team. Ensure that the closing is reflective of the business performance and in compliance with accounting policy. Works closely with Shared service system to ensure on-time close. Provides variance analysis to Supply Chain leadership team to drive business delivery.
• Financial Reporting - Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; Provides R&O on the business performance.
• Business Analysis – Partner with operational team to maintain business performance dashboard. Actively partner with the Operation team to unlock new cost savings initiatives and process enhancement projects.
• Improvement in FP&A process– Actively drive the continuous improvement in FP&A process to take into account of revenue drivers and cost drivers.

• Provide business advice and counsel to the Finance Deputy Director

• Responsible for the FP&A tasks within SCBU, covering the internal business portfolio, including monthly review of variances and setting clear KPIs/target for the business.
• Partner closely with the Operations team to actively seek for cost savings opportunities to drive cost leadership within FPG
• Develop and improve the company’s procedures and process for forecasting process. Partner closely with Data team to leverage on big data to improve forecast accuracy
• Proactively taking value-creating initiatives for FPG’s growth, and maximizing shareholders’ value through cost improvement projects, efficiency projects
• Provide Finance Deputy Director and SCBU LT with business advice and counsel for sound decision making in all aspects of business e.g. cash flow management, Cost savings glidepath, Warehouse expansion plan

• A university degree and / or a professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with FMCG/Logistics/Retails or MNC experience.
• Strong finance background with business analysis experience
• Strong leadership, management, strategic planning and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Strong computer knowledge in Spreadsheet software e.g. Excel and SAP will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and networking.
