We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Restaurant Solutions Intern for our team in Singapore. About the role: This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the APAC Head of Restaurant Solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Assist onboarding executive in any person trainings required and learn to handle technical issues.
• Assist in managing social media chat groups such as whatsapps to facilitate smooth onboarding journey.
• Assist in paperworks and consolidating onboarding data for tracking and analysis
• Assist in menu collection and onboarding information
• Work closely with Sales Teams in consolidating sales data for tracking and analysis
• Assist in onsite implementation & provide on-site training to vendor
• Consolidate vendor's usage data for tracking and analysis
• Work closely with telesales team to process Vendors' applications
• Responsible to maintain data hygiene within CRM tool, and internal spreadsheets
• Support Head of Restaurant Solutions in preparing reports or any other ad-hoc administrative duties

• Proactive and self-motivated individual who enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
• Positive attitude with good communication skills
• Strong project management, independent worker who is highly adaptable
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills
