JOB MISSION:

Responsible for leading Fragrance Development projects for cross-category and delivering winning fragrances.

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS: * Work on cross-category (cosumer fragrance) for South East Asia region.

• Ideally with Thailand markets experiences.
• Focused on fast track briefs that require library selection, GC analysis and fragrance rework with perfumers.
• Coordinate with other departments according to project needs: Application, Marketing, Sales, Perfumers and Regulatory.
• Strengthen strategic partnership with clients through trends presentation, providing olfactive trainings and contributing to their olfactive development.
• Support FDM team on department activities and proactive work.
• Work closely and collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team on clients visits and events.
• Collaborate internally with the global company resources to achieve best in class results in fastest time.

Requirements

EDUCATIONAL AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Chemistry or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4 or more years of working experience in a similar position in the Fragrance Industry.
• Proven experience in FDM.
• Olfactive knowledge in SEA market.
• Commercial awareness of perfumery, personal care, home care raw materials and marketed products.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and confidence in handling new tasks.
