Support the business objectives of Robertet Asia by leading and implementing strategic marketing activities in the Southeast Asian Region.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities and trends in the SEA marketplace and translate them into a marketable concept
Research and identifying consumer behaviours and insights in the region
Research and identifying key start-ups and other new and emerging businesses to partner with Robertet for long-term growth
Support sales and commercial activities through the development and deployment of proactive and reactive marketing presentations
Collaborate with various functions like Sales, Creative Fragrance Development, Perfumery, Laboratory, etc. to drive projects
Pro-actively innovate and respond to local market and client needs
Conceive out-of-the-box and creative ideas and concepts for our clients that meet business objectives
Update and maintain New Product Launches in the region
Manage the local product library efficiently
Manage all fragrance marketing materials from sourcing, design and logistics arrangements
Ensure effective communication with regional team and other affiliates
Travel within the region to meet customers
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the fragrance industry
Knowledgeable of brands and key players in the personal care and home care categories in SEA
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator
Good command of English language, both verbal and written, as well as one local language or dialect
Experience in working within a cross-functional setting
Ability to prioritise between short-term demands and long-term needs
Highly organised with good time management skills
Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills
