Role Summary

, you'll manage the entire recruitment cycle -- from sourcing to placement -- while working with autonomy and purpose. You'll enjoy

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment: client intake, sourcing, screening, closing Build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike Collaborate with fellow recruiters when needed -- we're stronger together Ensure timely updates and data hygiene in our ATS Uphold our standards of professionalism, ethics, and transparency Occasionally support recruitment marketing initiatives or special projects

Requirements

2-3+ years of 360 recruitment experience

CEI Certification (Singapore)

is

mandatory

Proven sourcing and closing abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently while being a team player Familiar with remote tools and applicant tracking systems
