Looking for Camp Leaders/Facilitators for the upcoming NOVEMBER TO JANUARY CAMPS!

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and responsible

Camp Leader

to lead the daily operations of our camps. The Camp Leader plays a key role in creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for campers while supervising facilitators, supporting camp activities, and ensuring smooth communication with parents and staff. This role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and hands-on involvement in all aspects of camp life.

Camp Administration

Attend Sunday morning briefing with the team. Help manage WhatsApp groups for facilitators and parents. Collect and share camp photos and updates with parents. Assist with attendance sheets, daily schedules, and logistics.

Camper & Parent Engagement

Lead camper groups, ensuring their safety and well-being. Communicate with parents regarding updates, concerns, or incidents. Be a positive role model and primary point of support for campers.

Team Management

Guide facilitators in daily tasks and role allocation. Run morning and afternoon team debriefs. Support new facilitators with coaching (buddy system). Oversee transitions, camper movement, and activity adjustments.

Logistics & Venue Management

Ensure buses, food, and venues are coordinated and on time. Report any logistics or supplies needed to the Manager. Making sure the venue is clean and left in good condition.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Degree holder preferred (Education, Sports, Child Development, or related fields). Prior experience in education, childcare, camps, or youth programs is preferred Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Ability to stay calm, flexible, and positive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with both children and adults. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar tools (preferred). Passion for working with children and creating memorable camp experiences

Pay: From $550.00 per week
