This exciting new hands-on role will be focused in catering to the Indian international traveller, proactive in developing regular, fresh creative content for the use across social media. This person will bring to the table attention to detail, excellent writing skills and the ability to work closely with influencers to increase the brand reach and amplify our social efforts.Summary of the role:We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Freelance Designer to join our busy Creative in-house team. You\'ll be responsible for providing professional in-house design solutions that support our overall Customer Marketing Strategy. Its a super varied role, working on a variety of projects from static creatives, to video editing which should enable potential customers to engage with us and have the best city break theyve ever had! Proficiency in Adobe software and experience with Mac and PC platforms are essential, along with project management skills and the ability to work under pressure. If you're a creative thinker who can translate stakeholders\' needs into impactful design concepts, we want you to join us!Design:

• Work with multiple stakeholders to create product information, marketing material, and editorial content in print and digital formats to meet customer needs throughout their journey.
• Design a wide range of creative assets, including web and digital banners, social media creatives, infographics, GIFs, memes, videos, print ads, bespoke maps, imagery, demo videos, templates, static and video creatives for social media, website content, PR materials, corporate presentations, tradeshow booths, and outdoor advertising, while performing various forms of image retouching to support customer experience across multiple channels.
• Own and manage complete projects, including social media designs and digital banners.
• Create and maintain graphic content for branded communications and marketing tools.
• Assist with design elements and graphic needs for social media and design projects.

Team Output and Collaboration:A key contributor to the overall output of the team, helping to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest creative standards, on time and on budget.You maintain the brand visual guidelines across global teams - from site/app, partner sites, internal and external communications, etc. - you ensure brand consistency across all areas.Alongside various stakeholders, to have a culture of design testing and learning, to evolve the creative for better performance.As you can see, this role covers a wide range of responsibilities, but we know that our People are more than just their job description. • Exceptional skills with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong typography, digital illustration, video editing, and animation skills.
• At least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced role in the lifestyle or media industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and take a hands-on approach.
• Proactive with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work calmly under pressure.
• An obsessive eye for detail.
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
