Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum to enhance students' proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).
Customize lesson plans according to the needs and learning styles of individual students.
Provide constructive feedback and monitor the progress of students, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
Prepare students for exams such as PSLE, GCE O/N-Level, and internal school tests/exams.
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians to update them on student progress and address any concerns.
Stay updated on the latest teaching methods and educational resources to continuously improve the learning experience.
Job Requirements:
A degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferably).
Previous experience in teaching English or tutoring is an advantage.
Familiarity with the Singapore school curriculum (MOE syllabus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic goals.
Commitment to at least one academic year to ensure continuity and consistency in student learning.
