Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Promote & sell Life Insurance (General Insurance).
- To achieve individual sales targets.
- To adhere to professional standards of behaviour & conduct in dealing with customers and fellow staff.
- To continuously think ahead and help to develop solutions to emerging problems.
- To continuously suggest ways in improving the team as a whole.
- To actively tele-market the Bank\'s products to customers to generate sales revenue.
- To call company provided leads or customers.
- Freelance
- Fully WFH
- Required to return to office for courses/ training as and when required.
- Flexible working hours from Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (9.00am \xe2\x80\x93 6.30pm), no minimum hours or days required.
- Only can work from Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri; 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6.30pm as the system will be shut down other than the timing mentioned.
- $500 allowance \xe2\x80\x93 allowance will not be given if hospitalized due to zero work rate
- Commission
- Must have BCP, PGI and HI Certificate
- Good Communication Skills
- Self-starter, independent and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with Quotas or Sales Targets
