Manage the full spectrum of recruitment services from, sourcing of candidates, fulfilment of job orders, and after-sales support.
Expand client base through business development (Client Acquisition)
Advertise and source for potential candidates to match client's recruitment needs
Facilitate the interview process by coordinating schedules and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders
Provide professional advice to clients (if required) and candidates in regards to the whole process of recruitment
Coordination and negotiation of salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws, including privacy regulations and equal opportunity guidelines
Requirements:
Possess CEI certification
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Good knowledge of labour laws and ethical hiring practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about people and success driven
