NurseLink is Singapore's first nurse-only homecare platform, connecting families with qualified, SNB-registered nurses for on-demand care at home. We solve common homecare pain points; last-minute cancellations, digital literacy gaps, and complex scheduling; through verified credentials, smart matching, and reliable logistics. Every provider on NurseLink is a registered nurse.

Role Overview

Engagement:

Freelance / per-visit, on-site in patients' homes across Singapore

Schedule:

You choose your hours. Accept one-off or recurring cases via the NurseLink app.

After credentialing & onboarding

What You'll Do

Core home nursing care:

Vitals, symptom monitoring, medication administration, care planning, ADL support when needed.

Clinical procedures (if credentialed):

Wound care & dressing changes, catheter care, NGT tube care/feeding, stoma care, IM/SC injections, simple IV cannulation/flushes, post-discharge follow-ups.

Care coordination:

Brief handovers with families and other nurses.

Documentation:

Timely, accurate notes and outcomes in the NurseLink app; incident reporting when applicable.

Safety & quality:

Maintain infection control standards, uphold patient privacy (PDPA).

You Are

A

Registered Nurse

(RN).

Clinically competent:

Confident with medication administration and common home-based procedures.

Prepared for field work:

Able to triage and manage basic emergencies (BCLS/AED current).

Tech-ready:

Comfortable using a mobile app for case acceptance, navigation, chat, and charting.

Professional communicator:

Clear, compassionate with patients and families; concise with notes and handovers.

Organised & reliable:

You manage your own schedule and arrive on time.

Nice to have (bonus):

Prior homecare/community nursing, wound/ostomy certification, geriatrics, palliative, post-op, or rehab experience; own transport; ability to speak additional languages/dialects.

*Equipment Support Fund: To help you deliver safe, high-quality care, NurseLink contributes 5% of the revenue from each booking you complete into a dedicated equipment support fund in your name. Once your fund balance reaches $200, you'll be able to withdraw from that fund.

Pay: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour
