UWCSEA Dover is looking for a freelance Tennis Coach [IEC] on a seasonal basis from November/December 2025.

Reporting to the Head of Tennis, the coach will work alongside the UWCSEA Dover Full-time coaching team and should be able to deliver coaching across all ball stages

Main Responsibilities

Contribute to and deliver a programme that is age-appropriate and suits varying levels. Run a group coaching session with a variety of drills and games with guidance on the lesson topics. Teach private lessons independently, with adequate technical knowledge and structure to the lesson. Follow the established procedures in the event of a student's injury. Models sports-like behaviour, maintains appropriate conduct towards students, and performs any other duties as assigned.
Person Specifications

At least 3 years of tennis coaching experience. Experience coaching across all stages. Possess accredited tennis coaching qualifications such as but not limited to, ITF, LTA, RPT, Certified First Aider (Standard First Aid Certification and AED preferred) or equivalent coaching qualifications, Able to work cohesively in a team-based environment as well as independently and passionate about working with children between 4-19 years old and adults.
