Job Description
Job Title : Freight Audit Executive
Location : Harbour front
:
1. Support the centralized freight audit and payment (FAP) process, improvement, digitization transformation and data analytics
2. Support the intuitive and easy to use web-portal for client to upload rates cards and business logic/rules, and for carrier to upload invoices and supporting documents
3. Support freight rate cards and invoices in local language of the client
4. Provide the required weekly and monthly reports in the formats agreed with the client
5. Drive invoice issue resolution, first-pass rate improvement, and liaise with client and service providers to resolve billing discrepancies, and follow on with payment processing
6. Deliver quality service to the client according to the service level agreement
7. Conduct regular business reviews with client and carrier to drive service performance improvement and achieve business objectives. If necessary, conduct weekly reviews to drive KPI improvement
Requirement:
- Diploma holder preferably in logistics / supply chain or related field
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Good tracking and follow up skill, ensure outstanding action item close within dateline
- Proficient in MS office applications i.e. Excel
- Result oriented, resourceful and proactive in resolving issues
