Our client is a MNC based in Singapore and it operates as a one-stop freight forwarding company with a global network of professional freight agencies.Job Summary:

• Sembawang (Transport Provided)
• AWS + VB
• MNC Environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle telephone and email inquiries, including complaints.
• Coordinate cargo shipments and prepare necessary shipping documents such as packing lists, orders, commercial invoices, and shipping labels.
• Assist with bill of lading (BL) preparation if required.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, arrange cargo pickup and delivery, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to monitor shipments.
• Generate MS Excel reports, with knowledge of Excel formulas being advantageous.
• Process permit documentation when necessary.
• Provide support for all sales and operational activities.
• Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement(s):

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in 3PL industry
• Possess at least Nitec or above
• Computer literacy
