Prepare RFQs/Tenders according to the customer's tender requirements. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload. Ability to develop good working relationships with internal/external contacts to source rates/key information. Work closely with Superior to support the tender management and submission. Carry out research in relation to the tender function, if necessary. Rates negotiations/sourcing with airlines/carriers/NVOCC/co-loaders. Rates compilation and maintaining them on a monthly basis. Enter and maintaining rates/quotations using Cargowise (CW1). Prepare seafreight/airfreight import, export, offshore and trucking quotation to customers. Shipment follow up, send pre-alerts, and arrange marine insurance coverage for shipments. Handling of rates disputes/problem solving. Follow up on customers' outstanding payment. Prepare customers' reports, if any. Update internal reports, if any Work closely and support our sales team. Joint sales visit to see customers. Miscellaneous tasks assigned by HOD. Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in freight forwarding industry preferred. Knowledge with Cargowise One System will be an added advantage. Possess air-freight and sea-freight knowledge Experience with Tenders required.
