• Position Title: Customer Service Executive/ Logistics Operations Specialist/ Freight Forwarding Coordinator
• Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided, Islandwide)
• Working Hours: 5 days (M-F, 8 AM-5 PM); OT on alternate Saturday
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + Incentive + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiency in managing operations and ensuring excellent customer service
• Overseeing daily operations autonomously
• Creation and entry of data
• Preparing transportation documents, coordinating with shipping lines, and managing B/L documentation
• Generating, submitting, and booking bagging orders for manipulation
• Handling complaints from customers and vendors
• Regular communication with customers and vendors about shipment status

• GCE \'A\' level and/or Diploma in a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Third-party logistics (3PL), Freight Forwarding, or the Logistics industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of ocean freight shipment documentation & processes (MSDS, DGD, B/L) and legislation (DOT CFR 49, IMDG, FMC, INCOTERMS)
• Customer-centric with the ability to work well in a team and independently
• Experience in inventory management and strong administrative skills
• Familiarity with SAP order processing and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working OT on alternate Saturday
