Generating, submitting, and booking bagging orders for manipulation
Handling complaints from customers and vendors
Regular communication with customers and vendors about shipment status

GCE \'A\' level and/or Diploma in a related field
At least 3 years of experience in Third-party logistics (3PL), Freight Forwarding, or the Logistics industry
Demonstrated knowledge of ocean freight shipment documentation & processes (MSDS, DGD, B/L) and legislation (DOT CFR 49, IMDG, FMC, INCOTERMS)
Customer-centric with the ability to work well in a team and independently
Experience in inventory management and strong administrative skills
Familiarity with SAP order processing and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Comfortable working OT on alternate Saturday
