About the Role

The company is looking for a

Freight Forwarding Coordinator with at least

1 year of experience to assist with air and sea shipments, liaise with overseas offices, shipping lines, and customers, and ensure smooth logistics operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow their career in freight forwarding.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with overseas offices, agents, and shipping lines regarding bookings and customer inquiries Coordinate both air and sea shipments efficiently Monitor and follow up on customer issues or dispute cases Ensure timely responses to customer queries and shipment updates Travel occasionally to CIAS Cargo, Changi (monthly allowance provided)

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience

in freight forwarding, logistics, or related operations Able to join on short notice is preferred Comfortable with occasional travel to CIAS Cargo Strong communication skills and customer service orientation Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
