Freight Operations Salary:$1800-$2000 + allowance Working days: 5.5 Days (After Probation 5.5 Days Alternate Sat) Working hour: 9am-6pm Location: Greenwich Dr, Singapore (Bus from Hougang & Punggol) Freight Operations Salary:$1800-$2000 + allowance Working days: 5.5 Days (After Probation 5.5 Days Alternate Sat) Working hour: 9am-6pm Location: Greenwich Dr, Singapore (Bus from Hougang & Punggol) Responsibilities: Sea Import/ Air Import Liaise with customer service for inbound pre-alert document Pre-alert the customer and clearing agent Make payment to Carrier / Co-loader and exchange the D/O Prepare arrival notice and forward to customer (consignee) Liaise with customer for delivery arrangement Provide the required documents and details to permit declarant for import custom documentation Provide the delivery instruction and clearance documents to transporter Liaise with vendor (transporter / haulier) for delivery schedule Provide the POD to relevant parties after the delivery Issue the invoices (including GST invoices) and forward to relevant party Verify the vendor's invoice and oversea agent's debit note for job closing Sea Export/ Air Export Liaise with customer service for new shipment booking Arrange the trucking / shipment pick up Liaise with shipper for the BL preparation / AWB instruction Prepare the shipping instruction and forward to carrier/co-loader Liaise with transporter for actual cargo weight and measurement after shipment pick up Prepare export document and provide to relevant parties for checking Prepare original document pouch and pass to transporter to launch in together with the cargo Make payment to Carrier / Co-loader for export origin charges and ocean freight Prepare House BL and provide to shipper for checking Provide the required documents and details to permit declarant for export custom documentation CCN submission Submit the export permit to carrier / co-loader Send pre-alert document to over-sea agents and relevant parties Issue the invoices and forward to relevant party Verify the vendor's invoice and oversea agent's debit note for job closing Requirement: At least one year relevant experience
