Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and through existing contacts.
Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client's specific business needs
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
Develop a strategy to follow up with leads and determine new opportunities to pursue
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Requirements:
Must have an experience of Sales of Ocean Freight Business in the Shipping Line company or Freight Forwarding company for 3 years at least.
Must have good knowledge for Ocean Freight Export / Import sales and operation.
Enough understanding of Ocean Freight operation both of FCL (including reefer container) and LCL.
