/ Responsibilities: Desktop / Desktop Support Engineer \xc2\xb7 Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems \xc2\xb7 IT Support setup classroom/lab \xc2\xb7 Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated \xc2\xb7 Liaise with support vendors for maintenance, support or issues resolution \xc2\xb7 document & maintain the configuration of the systems Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project \xc2\xb7 training will be provided \xc2\xb7 Any ad-hoc duties assigned / required \xc2\xb7 Annual & medical leaves apply Job Type: Full-time Salary: $1,778.27 - $2,300.00 per month Benefits:
