Company Overview
Our client from Fintech industry is hiring for an FRM AI Solutions Consultant position. This organization develops cutting-edge financial risk management software by combining deep domain expertise with advanced analytics and AI.

Translate financial business logic, risk principles, and regulatory requirements into specifications for AI-enhanced features.
Design and test prompts (Prompt Engineering) to guide AI-driven solutions, ensuring accuracy and commercial viability.
Participate in the full product development lifecycle, including ideation, feature testing, and validation against industry benchmarks.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure financial soundness in product logic.
Support pre-sales efforts by preparing business proposals, marketing materials, and solution presentations.
Assist in product implementation through system configuration, validation testing, and client training.
Monitor regulatory and industry updates to maintain relevance and compliance in financial risk management solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong foundational understanding of financial risk management, accounting principles, or financial business logic.
Demonstrable interest and foundational knowledge in Python and SQL.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
