Work location: Singapore (in office)DescriptionThe Places Team at Cloudflare is searching for a hard-working Front Desk Coordinator to be the first line of delight in our Singapore office. You are friendly, outgoing and patient with an obsession for organization and a knack for keeping it together in a (really) fast-paced environment. You\'re also a self-starter who\'s willing to do whatever it takes to help make the Cloudflare Singapore office a wonderful place to be for employees and guests alike. This is a contract role based in Singapore.Responsibilities

• Ensure that the entrance area is neat and tidy at all times.
• Greet and register Cloudflare guests and interview candidates.
• Assist with tracking and providing building badges to new hires/visiting employees.
• Accept/Collect and distribute mail and deliveries as well as send the occasional parcel.
• Restock stickers, t-shirts and company swag.
• Interface with catering, food, janitorial, maintenance and security vendors.
• Help with event planning, setup and teardown.
• Participate in workplace planning meetings as needed.
• Report site maintenance, unsafe office conditions and security issues to Office Operations Manager.
• Provide general administrative support on an on-going basis.
