Medical Receptionist Job Location: Singapore
Job Schedule: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 8am-5pm
Job Type: Full Time
Full Description VitalCheck Wellness is looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to work full time in a brand new outpatient clinic at a global wealth-management firm located in Singapore. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in working with a new model wellness clinic where you will have the ability to be part of the process of building something new
Responsibilities:
  • Follow-up care coordination and scheduling appointments/referrals.
  • Work cohesively with related team members to develop and implement procedures and policies for a newly established clinic.
  • Effectively communicate with all employees presenting to the clinic.
  • Creation of engagement activities for patients and event planning.
  • Initial point of contact for patients.
  • Referral management including calling insurance companies to confirm coverage.
  • Input and upload results data into the computer.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Taking initiative to create spreadsheets, troubleshoot problems, and planning events.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in clinical setting or hospitality background. (preferred)
  • Understanding of medical terminology.
  • Experience as a medical receptionist or medical assistant with call and scheduling experience.
  • Phlebotomy experience a bonus.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Highly proficient in using spreadsheets (Excel and Google Doc) and OfficeSuite.
  • Must have the ability to troubleshoot issues with minimal guidance where appropriate.
  • Must be highly proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).
