Job Description


Our client is in the music and Performance Arts Service industry with their Headquarters is located in the Holland road is looking for 2 positions:

Front Desk Receptionist cum Admin

**Only Singaporeans**

Working hours:

40-44hours/week, 5 day work week, fixed day off

Weekday afternoons

2-8pm

Sat and/or Sun 9-7pm

Pay is determined by qualifications, experience and working hours

Annual performance bonus

  • Take care of walk-in customers
  • Explain the lessons packages and timings
  • Take note and arrangements of lessons timing and appointments
  • Answer enquires of potential and existing customers on phones and emails
  • Takes initiative on understanding different musical instruments product knowledge
  • Reports and update to Centre Manager
  • Try to fulfill the KPIs given and manage sales target with Centre Manager/ Superior
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of related corporate Sales & Marketing, Business development and Customer service experience
  • Minimum Diploma in recognized insitutions or Bachelors in any field and above.
  • Able to commit full 2 weekends 10am to 8pm and weekdays 9-7pm (5 days work 2 wkdays off)
  • Takes initiative to pick up tasks assigned and pro-active
  • Approachable and able to understand and liaise with potential and existing customers
  • Upkeep the appointments, roster and cleanliness of the music centres
  • Knowledge of any instruments is an advantage.
