Job Description

: We are seeking a Reservation Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling reservation requests and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible travel experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients who are interested in booking travel services

• Assisting clients in selecting the best travel packages based on their preferences and budget

• Managing reservation transactions and ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner

• Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure that all travel arrangements are properly booked

• Continuously updating client files with relevant travel information and ensuring that clients are kept informed of any changes or updates to their itinerary

• Monitoring and resolving client complaints and issues to ensure that the travel experience meets or exceeds their expectations

• Providing clients with travel tips, information on travel documents, and other important details that are necessary for a successful travel experience
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality or related field preferred

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a reservation role within the travel industry

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Knowledge of the latest travel industry trends and regulations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
