We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic people to join our front desk team and help us deliver a top-notch experience to every client who walks through our doors.

The Role

As a

Front Desk & Client Experience Associate

, you'll be the first smile clients see. You'll help them check in, choose the right class package, and feel at ease in the studio. This is a great fit for students or anyone looking for a part-time role in a fun, health-focused environment.

Shift Options

Morning Shift: 8:30am - 3:30pm Evening Shift: 3:30pm - 9:30pm (You'll work 20-30 hours/week on a flexible schedule.)

What You'll Do

Greet clients and make them feel welcome Help clients understand our class packages and recommend the right one Handle bookings, payments (cash/card), and manage the schedule Keep the front area neat and organized Work with our team to meet sales goals and deliver a great client experience

What We're Looking For

Friendly and confident with great people skills Comfortable using basic tech (MS Office, POS systems -- we'll show you how!) Organized and able to handle a few tasks at once Good English required -- other languages a bonus Prior front desk or customer service experience is a plus, but not a must
