Address incoming calls, emails or in person inquiries/requests
Ensuring reception is aware of clients' movements for each day and any instructions throughout the day are communicated to all team members
Ensure all office records are kept up to date and office facilities supplies are fully replenished and stocked up
Oversee clients' inventory is stocked up and make orders on behalf of clients where necessary
Perform calendar booking of meeting rooms for the centre
Ensure maintenance of equipment in the office and liaise with vendors to ensure serviceability of equipment (printers, fax machine, light fixtures, water features, etc)
Arranging couriers and taxis, restaurant reservation, hotel accommodation for clients
Job Requirements
Possess 1 year experience as a receptionist/customer service/call centre/hospitality
Able to communicate effectively and multitask
