Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations at columbarium Assist families with search of niche location and new niche purchase enquiry Safeguard the properties in the Monastery include but not limited to crematorium / columbarium Perform crowd control duties to ensure smooth traffic Collect vegetarian sets and staff rations (lunch) from Kitchen Ensure workplace safety & cleanliness and fire safety compliance

Job Specifications

Year(s) of Experience: Min. 1 year of working experience Language(s): Able to communicate in English and/or Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates) Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Communication and interpersonal skills, Organisational skills, Customer service skills A team player with positive attitude Physically fit to work in non-air-conditioned environment Able to work on weekend(s), public holiday(s) or irregular working hour(s) if required Willing to work in after-death care service
