We are looking for a passionate and polished

Front of House Executive

who thrives on delivering outstanding guest experiences. As the face of The Reserve you will be the first point of contact for guests and are expected to create a welcoming, attentive, and seamless journey from arrival to departure.





The position is in-person and hours are 9-6 or 10-7 on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Hospitality

Anticipate guest needs and personalize service where possible


Ensure all guest-facing areas are tidy, elegant, and well-prepared


Handle special requests or VIP arrangements in coordination with other departments

Service Standards & Communication

Act as the key liaison between guests and internal teams (RMs, Security team, tenants)


Maintain a high awareness of daily bookings, schedules, and client profiles


Proactively seek feedback and resolve any service issues with discretion and grace

Ambassadorship

Represent the brand with pride, upholding its values in all guest interactions


Remain updated on brand events, offerings, and promotions to engage guests meaningfully


Provide suggestions and insights to elevate the guest's experience with The Reserve.

Bar Operations

Assist in the operations of our in-house bar, serving clients at a level expected of a world-class vault and bullion storage facility.
