Brewerkz helped kickstart Singapore\'s craft beer story in 1997. We are a multi-award-winning business and Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s longest running craft brewery experience. We are known for our constant flow of tasty experimental beers, inventive cuisine, head-turning collaborations, and championing sustainability. After years of expansion and brand growth, we operate multiple restaurants, a 9,000 sqft standalone brewery and brew a wide range of craft beverages. Brewerkz is part of The Brewerkz Group, which owns Crystal Wines, and operates a portfolio of Mexican and Japanese restaurants.Full time operational position where you work and support the restaurant flow independently and as a team * Daily basic restaurant opening and closing setup

• Greeting and offering menu to guests
• Handle feedback and enquiries from the guests
• Providing recommendation on the food and beverages menu
• Taking food and beverages order, doing check backs on timely delivery of food, beverages and quality
• Manage restaurant operation and ensure all SOP are in place
• Ensure the sequences of service to memory for smooth operation flow, billing and etc

Job Requirements

• No experience needed.
• Relevant F&B work experience/internship will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, Cheerful, Energetic and Fun Customer service oriented
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekend and on public holiday
• Open to learning new skills and ways of working
