Salary: SGD 3,300 - 3,600
Location: Central (Restaurant at CHIJMES area)
Employment Type: Full-time
Language Requirement: English & Mandarin speaking
About the Role
A premium hotpot dining establishment is hiring a Front of House (FOH) team member to deliver excellent customer service and ensure guests enjoy a smooth and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities

Greet, seat, and attend to customers with professionalism.
Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
Serve food and beverages efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and setup of the dining area.
Handle customer enquiries, simple service recovery, and guest requests.
Work closely with both the kitchen and service team to support smooth operations.

Requirements

Experience in F&B service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Able to communicate confidently in both English & Mandarin.
Customer-focused, friendly, and energetic.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
